Many have said to me about how to create the idea. How these ideas can be realizedin the business ? Creating an original idea is not easy so you can use several techniques. One such technique is the minimization technique. Minimization techniques, in addition to the physical reduction, can also mean down sizing in term of time. Honda success with using minimization tecniques in physical terms when entering the US market. At that time US motorcycle that there is a big motorcycle 250cc and 350cc. The idea was embodied Morita with creating the Walkman, which is the beginning of the success of Sony. From this minimization idea appears also from Sony, Handycam which is the minimization of a large video camera.
Minimization technique can be alsobe done on time. Dell Computer whichh takes 60-90 days prior to testing the network can be shortened to 15 days. Order PC only took one day and complex system that take only 5 days. Minimization combined with E-Commerce is catapulted Dell back and be number one PC seller in the world in 1999.
