If we want to try the latest OS for example Linux or want to try the programs that we make in various OS (Linux and Windows) simultaneously was no easy way is by using Virtual Box. With this software you can run the OS in the OS. The point is if we have the OS Windows XP (Host) in virtual box so we can install another OS (guest) such as Linux (kernel 2.6) or Windows Vista, for example. 1. Change the boot order in Virtual Box to a virtual disk. click settings> general> select the advanced tab> boot order.
2. Still in the settings menu, select CD / DVD Rom> check Mount CD / DVD drives> ISO image file and browse to C: \ Program Files \ Innotek VirtualBox \ VBoxGuestAdditions.iso
3. Start Guest OS
4. Once inside, open the Terminal and change to the Administrator account with the command SU
5. Change directory to the CD ROM at the mount
6. type the command "sh. / VBoxLinuxAdditions.run" (without the quotes)
7. restart the guest OS.

To set folder to be accessed by the Guest OS
1. Select Settings> Shared Folders> Add new folder. Locate the folder on the host OS that you want to share.
2. Now go into your guest OS.
